In a recent consultation response, the SASHA Coalition has voiced strong opposition to including biofuels in the European Union’s Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework (CISAF). The coalition, representing companies in green shipping and aviation, argues that biofuels are not a sustainable solution for decarbonising these sectors and should be excluded from receiving state aid.
